Russian version

To say the truth, I am not a fan of vaginal balls. However, Pretty love Kegel tighten up is a good-quality exercise machine for pelvic floor muscles for 1200 rubles.

The balls are made of nice silicone, they are easy-to-wash or cleaned with a toy cleaner. They are rather heavy, so at first you should ins ert only one ball in to the vagina while the second ball should be inserted after some training sessions.

These balls have no biological feedback. If you know nothing about training your pelvic floor muscles (the PFMs), the balls will serve as a certain starting point for you. Still, if your training technique is incorrect, trainings won't be of great use.

Please, remember: if your PFMs are weak, you shouldn't use any balls. It would be the same as taking a dumbbell with broken arms. Balls will fit perfectly those women whose PFMs are ok and they only want to strengthen them. The PFMs is a weak spot in females and even if you have no obvious problems, you would better train your intimate muscles.

You would better train with balls in prone position, especially if you are a rookie in this sort of training. Thus, you will let your muscles get used to the load. The balls should be inserted two cm deep down the vaginal entrance if you train with two balls at once. In this case, the balls are sure to be located right over the PFMs and the training will be of maximum efficiency. Trainings with balls should last for 5-10 minutes a day – the same amount of time you train without them. It is not a good idea to carry them inside when you go to work or while walking, this sort of load is not typical for your body-you are very likely to experience some pain in your PFMs afterwards. Do the same exercises, with or without balls, it will be more difficult and intriguing.

(Editor's note: if you are unfamiliar with Kegel exercises, we recommend that you should study Margarita's Instagram account under hashtag “#doc_dno_taz” and start training with or without balls!)

Summarizing, you are sure to appreciate this training machine if you are:
– a woman with no PFM weakness (this is the core prerequisite, the following points are complementary to the first one);
– a woman who wants to strengthen and build her PFMs;
– one who would like to develop sensitivity (trainings aimed at PFMs strengthening make your outer genitalia fill with blood, you can feel arousal at the moment of training and raise your sensitivity in general);
– one who seeks to better control of PFMs during sex.

How do you know your PFMs are weak?

This condition is usually diagnosed by a gynecologist, the same doctor can give advice on how to deal with it. The woman herself can suspect PFM weakness in case she feels some discomfort in her vagina or has a sensation of a foreign body inside, in case she has urinary incontinence while she laughs, coughs or jumps.

You should avoid overtraining of PFMs, a condition known as hypertension of pelvic floor-sometimes you do not feel any discomfort or you feel some aching pain in the perineum. However, the biggest problem is with women who plan childbirth. Hypertension can lead to raptures and traumatization of the perineum.

But these are two extreme cases while most women are advised to practice Kegel exercises because these are really necessary.

We wish you good health!

We thank @inti_m.shop, an Instagram store, for providing the balls for testing.
